Certificate - Home Health Aide Homemaker/Home Health Aides sometimes called Personal Care Attendants is a rapidly growing Allied Health profession. Major employers in this sector will be Nursing Homes, Group Homes, Adult Day Care and Assisted Living facilities. Homemaker/Home Health Aide students will receive detailed instruction in all aspects of client care. Instruction will include recognizing abuse and neglect, caring for clients with dignity and respect, recognizing and reporting changes in client's physical condition, as well as courses in Psychology and Communication just name a few.
