Computerized Automation Engineering: This 12-month program offers students an orientation to the catering industry that prepares them for entry-level positions such as Banquet Server, Banquet Chef, Catering Chef, Catering Coordinator and Catering Manager for a variety of food service organizations. The student is presented with the concepts and information that are essential to success in the catering business, as well as the knowledge necessary to establish their own business.
