file.

unsexy
as
this
sounds,
this
is
a
critically
important
responsibility,
as
many
a
company
has
found
itself
the
victim
of
expensive
litigation
for
failing
to
properly
document
and
retain
written
information
about
an
employer-employee
issue.
Human
resource
managers
also
must
make
sure
that
employees
are
kept
aware
of
all
local,
state,
and
federal
regulations
affecting
workers
and
the
workplace.
Demand
is
high
for
human
resource
managers
and
could
continue
to
grow
as

as

through
the
